Description

This frame has a beveled liner and then rises at a steep angle to the rounded top edge descending downward in a walnut burl frieze with incised and gilded leaf and vine designs at the corners. The outer edge is two narrow gilded steps with flat sides. Original finishes. The Eastlake style is named after Charles Eastlake the 19th C. British designer and taste maker.

Moulding Width: 5 1/4
