Late 19th C. carved and gilded reverse profile frame in the 17th C. Florentine style

This frame has a high relief, stylized floral motif at the raised sight edge with center straps. The outer portion has large curling leaves that are mirror imaged from the centers outward. Original gold metal leaf surface and patina.

Moulding Width: 5 3/8
