Late 19th C. American applied ornament cove frame with bronzed finish over original gilding

This frame has a flat liner with a small row of beads below a narrow flat band. The stippled texture cove has narrow leaves at the corners and the top edge is a series of flutes and flats. Cove sides with a narrow band of overlapping straps at the back edge.

Rabbet Size: 27 5/8 x 33 5/8

Moulding Width: 4 3/4
