Mid 19th C American gold leaf oval cove frame with applied ornament

This frame has a flat sight edge with a small leaf design rising in a stenciled spotted cove with flat discs with raised center buttons at intervals around. The top edge has three large reeds with high relief leaves and flowers draped over. Cove sides with a narrow flower and bands motif at the back edge. Original gilding.
