Description

This frame has an oval sight edge with a narrow band of ornament rising to a raised, reeded edge. The spandrels have an incised leaf desgn and rise in a cove to the leaf and twig top edge with prominent leaf and vines spreading out from grape clusters that drape into the cove. Cove sides narrow detail at the back edge. Original gold leaf with gold paint in spandrel.
