Late 19th C. gold leaf, reverse profile frame in the 17th C. Bolognese style with applied ornament

This frame has a single row of small leaves at the sight edge. Large overlapping leaves rise up to the top edge and then fall back on an ogee profile. Large water gilded and burnished leaves at the corners and centers. Narrow flat sides.

Rabbet Size: 26 3/8 x 32 1/2

Moulding Width: 5 1/4
